VirtualBox. Minor feedback issue

Only one issue. I booted from an USB created with the dd command. I got the message to remove the CD/DVD, but the system did not reboot. I had to press the reset switch.

Only slight issue I experienced was once the installation was complete and the installer was preparing to restart the computer, it didn't actually tell me to remove my disc and press enter. Maybe because I installed from a USB drive, rather than CD? Not a big deal for me, though it might catch some people out if they leave the USB in and don't change their boot sequence immediately, as the PC will boot off the USB again and presumably restart the live session/installer cycle.
