Hardware test; 1.5GHz P4; 1GB RAM; NVidia 6200 Video w/256MB memory
Upgrade Hardy 8.04 fully updated to Lucid.
Both the mixer control and network-manager-applet disappeared from the top panel.
Hardware test; 2.8 GHz P4; 768MB RAM; NVidia MX-4000T Video w/128MB
Upgrade Karmic 9.10 to Lucid. Network-manager applet disappeared from the top panel.
